I don't quite know how to explain this book. It's a book of advice on hundreds of subjects about raising children. Rick and I used to read this out loud to each other and laugh our heads off! Of course, Miss Manners did not write this as a funny book - she is quite serious about every piece of advice. The best thing she taught me was: The LOOK. I can pretty much get my kids to do whatever I want just by using The Look on them. Sweet!
